The Jefferson Chamber Young Professionals (JCYP) are excited to host the inaugural IGNITE Young Professionals Leadership Summit presented by Nora Vaden Holmes & Barcley J. Steib Insurance Agencies. Attracting and retaining young professionals continues to be a top priority by our state and parish, and this event is designed to ignite the next generation of leaders by creating an opportunity for connection, professional growth, and regional collaboration.
