With nearly 9,500 apartment units, they built the company into one of the largest owners of multi-family residential real estate] apartments in Louisiana. Mr. Shane was one of the driving forces behind the creation of the Jefferson Parish Economic Development Commission and Greater New Orleans, Inc.
