Franck LaBiche
Laitram, LLC Human Resources Director/Corporate Counsel
Laitram is a global manufacturer with four operating divisions that produce a diverse set of products and services including seafood processing equipment, conveying solution technology and systems, fabricated metal stairs and precision machining services. With over 3,700 employees, Laitram operates manufacturing and assembly facilities in nine countries and employs people in over 30 different countries outside the United States.
A lifelong resident of New Orleans, Franck joined Laitram’s legal department in 1995 in a corporate counsel role. Supporting the company’s commercial, production and administration areas, Franck worked in various areas including labor and employment, benefits, commercial transactions, immigration and others. In 2009, Franck joined the Human Resources group where he manages the Company’s compensation and benefit programs in addition to overseeing the Company’s risk and insurance programs.

With over 3,700 employees, Laitram operates manufacturing and assembly facilities in nine countries and employs people in over 30 different countries outside the United States.
Cheryl joined Laitram’s Human Resources group in 1991 as a Recruiter. Shortly thereafter, she became and remains a key leader in developing and institutionalizing Laitram’s Business Philosophy and Continuous Improvement Program which are the cornerstone of Laitram’s culture and key to its long-term growth and success. With a focus on employee self-management, Cheryl and her team drive and inspire Laitram employees to be the best they can be.
Shondra G. Williams, PhD, APRN
InclusivCare President & CEO
Dr. Shondra Williams has served as the CEO of InclusivCare since 2012. As President and CEO, she tripled the revenue to nearly $25 million and expanded the organization’s infrastructure from two sites to five sites in just three years. She recently oversaw the construction of a New State of Medical Clinic in 2021 and established two in-house pharmacies to make healthcare more accessible. Dr. Williams oversaw over 40 community-wide COVID-19 testing/vaccination events. Under her leadership, InclusivCare was recognized as a Top Place to Work in 2021 and 2022.
Dr. Williams is a servant leader, crisis manager, transformational leader, and practical problem solver. She has received many recognitions and awards over the years, including Executive of the Year (Biz New Orleans, 2021), Community Leader of the Year (Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, 2020), and the Eric B. Taylor Leadership Award (2019). She is a graduate of Harvard T.H. Chan – School of Public Health, Leadership Jefferson, and UCLA Healthcare Executives Program. She is also a member of the Louisiana Primary Care Association (Past President), 504Healthnet Executive Committee (President), Louisiana Primary Care Accountable Care Organization Executive Committee, Jefferson Chamber of Commerce Health Care Committee, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.
