Las Cruces Tex Mex comes from the same group behind Central City BBQ, so you can expect smoked meats to be a staple on the menu. Las Cruces, Spanish for “the crosses,” is a reference to the nearby railroad crossing and also to the idea of our “crossover from barbecue”.
We feature flank steak and hanger steak fajitas as well as a ribeye carne asada to pay homage to the original cuts of beef from Texas.
